How much does shipping cost? Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a flat Standard Shipping rate of $4.95 for orders under $55.00. For orders $55.00 and above, we provide FREE shipping!

How do I check the status of my order? You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipment confirmation email sent after your order is processed, or by clicking the Track Order page on our website. You can also contact us directly at support@kazellshop.com. After an order has been placed, it is sent to our fulfillment centers where we will process your items within 3-5 business days.

How long does delivery take? Delivery times depend on the fulfillment warehouse and your location:

  • US Warehouse: 3-7 business days

  • Overseas Warehouse: 10-20 business days If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframes, please contact our support team at support@kazellshop.com so we can assist you. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Do you deliver products internationally? Yes, KazellShop successfully ships our gear and products worldwide each day! Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order if we are unable to send it out due to prohibitive shipping restrictions in certain areas, but we always try to ensure our items are available to everyone.

Why was I charged in USD? Our store processes all transactions in USD. While prices may display in your local currency while browsing, the final charge at checkout will be completed in USD at the most current exchange rate.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? Since we ship from different warehouses (both US and overseas) to ensure product availability, your items may be shipped separately. You might receive one item before the next, and you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. Rest assured, all your items will get to you!

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong variant! Can I change it? If this happens, email us at support@kazellshop.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to take care of it. However, if your order has already been processed or has entered the shipping stage, we won't be able to make changes or stop it. Contact us anyway, and we'll try our best to make it right for you.

How secure is my personal information? KazellShop adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your payment information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not stored on our servers.
